In this job you will :

  • Perform daily job execution based on specialized and systematic knowledge of social science.
  • Job handling skills and abilities to handle all issues or problems occurring in the workplace.
  • Actively practice, implement, or undertake improvement activities.
  • Responsible for reporting or updating the immediate superior constantly on the status of progress.
  • Social skills to maintain a job and conflict resolution & negotiation at the required level.
  • Organize one of the resources (e.g., 4M), establish priorities, and schedule work.

Requirements :

  • Possess at least a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, manufacturing, or an equivalent.
  • Possess a manufacturing background.
  • Possess human development skills and good communication skills.
  • Possess planning, execution, analytical, judgmental, improvement skills, and creativity.
  • Independent, conscientious, and adaptable.
