Establish, maintain, and improve Standard Basic Units (SBU) to support productivity and operational efficiency.
Support standard costing activities through analysis of manpower, machine capacity, cycle time, and production processes.
Design and optimize production layouts and systems to improve workflow, space utilization, and productivity.
Monitor and analyze production capacity to ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
Track production performance and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Conduct time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and other industrial engineering analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
Drive and support Gemba Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to eliminate waste and improve manufacturing processes.
Develop and standardize improved work methods and production processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Conduct industrial engineering and Kaizen training to strengthen employees' knowledge and continuous improvement skills.
Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams on productivity, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements :
Possess at least a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Basic knowledge of industrial engineering principles, including time study, work measurement, line balancing, capacity planning, layout design, and productivity improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of data analysis tools would be an added advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies would be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
